Sums up the basic character of Sanam. The protagonist of the drama Dilruba.
She’s extremely beautiful, smart and witty.
Too smart for her own good actually.

The drawbacks in her character are that she’s very well aware of her enchanting beauty through the admiration on her pictures on the social media, where she has many admirers.
She uses her beauty to hook multiple men at the same time utilising them for gifts and benefits.

There’s Junaid, who runs a garment shop, Asad a photographer and Sabih, her cousin.
Aided and goaded by her school friends, she makes exorbitant demands on Junaid, who emotionally blackmails his gullible mother for expensive gifts.

Ayaz who himself is a con man, clicks her pictures at a wedding and tries to trap her.

Sabih, whose marriage proposal was rejected by Sanam’s mother for her elder sister, Erum, gets enamoured by her bubbly personality and chirpy nature, with no idea of her selfish core.

She flirts with all of them and recieves many gifts.
Sabih’s younger brother Razi is engaged to be married to a girl Zoya, whose mother is opportunistic and very cunning.
Razi’s mother is not happy with the alliance but keeps quiet as her son is besotted with Zoya.

The wedding date is nearing and one day Sanam is offered a lift by her Aunt, Biyajaan, Sabih and Razi, it results in a reconciliation between the two families.
Ending the cold war.

The future episodes will unfold over the weeks to show what really happens to Sanam and her wicked ways.

The lead role is played to the hilt by Hania Amir, to perfection.
Her expressions are hilarious and funny, ans she looks stunningly beautiful.

Mohib Mirza looks good and acts the awkward Sabih to perfection.

Shehroze Sabzwari as Junaid is cute and Asad Siddiqui as Ayaz looks menacing.
Marina Khan as Sanam’s strict and stern mother is perfect.
Shazeer Uddin as her paralysed father is brilliant.
